Beth is from Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She attended Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with high honors, in Business Administration and Psychology. Beth received a Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from Duke University School of Law.

Beth has extensive experience in the energy industry. She has worked for national law firms, such as Hunton & Williams, as well as major energy companies, including Dominion Resources, Inc. and Entergy Corporation. Beth has been involved in a variety of joint ventures and acquisitions, both domestically and internationally. Beth’s primary areas of practice are: Energy, Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Beth is currently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is seeking her license to practice in Tennessee.
